All About Kristin

Kristin is a wife, mom, business owner and bundt cake lover. She’s also a sucker for some white queso! She has been teaching, training and mentoring people for over a decade and built a business that landed her in the top 1% of her company. Kristin thrives off of the "a-ha" moments people get when they hear her speak. She is an expert in customizing communication and seeing people as individuals contributing to the betterment of the whole. Her coaching clients come to her to find clarity in where they are and where they want to be, and then receive Kristin’s actionable items and accountability to get them there. Her life’s mission is to impact the masses, even if it’s one person at a time.

As an Executive Coach with Novus Global, I coach high performing, deeply committed individuals that are driven to creating unprecedented results in his/her life or business. Together, we find clarity in where you are right now and where you want to be. Then, we come up with actionable items to get you there. Accountability is a huge part of working with a coach and I provide that in a loving, yet truthful way.

I have a gift for "noticing" things. I see things in your situation that you are too close to see for yourself. Most people are walking around in a fog right now and have so many things taking up mental space that they are in constant analysis paralysis.
